Stripe Payment Links

Stripe Payment Links allow you to collect payments by redirecting respondents to a secure Stripe Checkout page.

Simply create a Payment Link in Stripe, paste it into your QuipForm Payment field, and respondents can complete payment through Stripe's hosted checkout experience.

How It Works

The payment flow is simple:

1. Create a Payment Link in Stripe.
2. Add a Payment field to your form.
3. Paste your Stripe Payment Link.
4. Publish the form.
5. Respondents click the payment button.
6. Stripe Checkout opens.
7. The respondent completes payment on Stripe.

This allows you to use Stripe's secure payment infrastructure without needing custom payment integrations.

Creating a Stripe Payment Link

To create a payment link:

1. Log in to your Stripe Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Payment Links.
3. Click Create Payment Link.
4. Select or create a product.
5. Configure pricing.
6. Save the Payment Link.
7. Copy the generated URL.

A typical Payment Link looks similar to:

https://buy.stripe.com/xxxxxxxxxxxx

Adding a Payment Link to Your Form

To use the link inside QuipForm:

1. Open your form.
2. Type /.
3. Insert a Payment field.
4. Paste your Stripe Payment Link.
5. Customize the payment button text if desired.
6. Save and publish the form.

Visitors will see a payment button that opens Stripe Checkout.

Troubleshooting

Payment Button Doesn't Work

Verify:

• The Stripe Payment Link was pasted correctly.
• The link is active in Stripe.
• The form has been published.

Stripe Shows an Error

Check:

• Product configuration
• Pricing settings
• Payment Link status in Stripe

Wrong Product Opens

Ensure the correct Payment Link URL was added to the Payment field.

Customers Cannot Complete Payment

Review your Stripe account status and verify the payment link is active.
